Chef Mike has been slaving away tasting beer in the kitchen to bring you a delicious beer-paired three course dinner.
Just some of the items on the menu include:
Fried ipswich clams, frisee, pancetta, market citrus and pickled fresno chili paired with Allagash White.
A caramelized cauliflower dish with brown sugar oatmeal, sweet & sour cabbage and apple gastrique paired with Allagash Odyssey
Buckwheat ployes (a vegan buckwheat pancake) with bluberry compote and maple gelato, paired with Allagash Tripel
We have vegan and non-vegan pairings for each dish. We highly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot.
The dinner is $35 (tax and gratuity not included).
